The Easiest Lavender Cold Brew Recipe To Ever Exist...Ever

Alright coffee lovers, I’m talkin’ to you!!

I have FAILED at making cold brew, many, many times. However, practice actually does help apparently (even when it comes to coffee brewin’), so here we are… Finally.

I LOVE hot coffee, but I live in the desert, and it’s hot as heck outside, so there is no chance I am carrying hot coffee around.

I know, recipes aren’t something I typically share around here, but here you have it, because coffee is good and I am a fan.


  1. French press (I use a tiny 12 oz, single brew)

  2. Coffee grounds

  3. Almond Milk

  4. Lavender oil (I prefer Young Living)

H O W T O:

  • Since this is cold brew, you are going to need to brew it…Cold. This takes a little bit of time and it will need to steep for about 12-14 hours. I would definitely suggest doing this right before you go to bed or right after you make dinner, then you can press it right when you wake up!

    • Add 4 tbs of coffee grounds to your single brew french press

    • Add cold water

    • Place in fridge

  • If you do step one the night before, then you can throw it in the fridge overnight and when you wake up the next morning press it, it will be done!

    • Pour into a cup or jar and add 1 DROP (just 1) to the brew

    • Fill the jar to the very top with almond milk and shake it up

That is seriously it. I know? Easy right.

I wasn’t made for long complicated recipes and I am always in a rush in the mornings.
